Because every project is different, costs and lead times will vary depending on complexity, materials, and workload at the time of the request. Once the details of a project are discussed, an estimate for both pricing and completion time can be provided.

Sales Policy

Terms and Conditions

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. The usage of this site and your placement of an order indicate an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Shipping Information

We only ship within Canada at this time. Most shipments are via Canada Post. For oversized or overweight shipments, special arrangements may be made with additional charges. Shipping methods vary depending on products and destinations.

Shipments can also be sent to PO Boxes.

If placing a high-amount order, please contact us for alternative payment methods.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. However, due to wood species availability and locations, items may be delayed. In such cases, you will be informed of the delay. Orders are available for in-person pickup upon prior arrangement.

Once an order has been shipped via tracked package, a tracking number will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to follow up on the shipping status using that tracking number. TrudelWoodworking.ca is not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

Once an order is "In Progress" or "Shipped," it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees if an inaccurate or undeliverable address is provided. Ensure your shipping address is complete and deliverable. TrudelWoodworking.ca is not liable for errors in the shipping address.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery is unsuccessful, Canada Post will return the package after 30 days (or destroy it in some cases). Customers will be charged for both the original shipping and the return shipment.

Canada Post will leave a slip if delivery was attempted. A redelivery can be scheduled before the package is returned to the sender, or pickup can be arranged at the designated post office.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason, the customer remains responsible for all charges.

Return to Shipper Orders

Packages returned due to an incomplete address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, return charge (equal to the original shipping cost), and any additional charges. A credit will be issued after applying these fees.

In Transit

The tracking number is emailed when a tracked package is selected and shipped. If the tracking number is invalid or shows no updates, allow 24 hours for an update. If issues persist, please contact us. Additional fees may apply for address corrections. Alternatively, you may request a Will Call pickup at a local post office with valid government ID.

Sales Tax

We collect and remit sales tax in compliance with applicable laws.

Pricing

If an item is mispriced, we will charge the lower amount if the correct price is lower, or inform you if it is higher. In rare cases where costs exceed estimates, we will contact you for instructions before proceeding. All shipping cost calculations are estimates.

Credit Card/Fraud Prevention

We perform address verification through your card issuer to confirm your identity and protect your privacy.

Packaging

Products are shipped in custom boxes appropriate for their size and quantity.

Backlogged Orders

If products are backlogged, we will inform you and provide the option to cancel the item or the entire order. Sales may be disabled if a backlog is developing.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time after receipt. If cancelled, your payment will be refunded if charged, or the authorization will be voided.

Limitation of Liability

TrudelWoodworking.ca is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, products, or information provided. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the products.
